Huntsville Social Club respects your privacy and provides a way to request deletion of personal data associated with our services.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your Huntsville Social Club account or an Instagram authorization connected to our website, email us at hello@huntsvillesocialclub.com.

Use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Huntsville Social Club account, if applicable
• The Instagram username associated with your authorization, if applicable
• A brief description of the data you want deleted

We may request information needed to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

What we may delete

Depending on your request and the services you use, this may include:

• Your Huntsville Social Club account and profile information
• Information you submitted through our application, profile, or member services
• Instagram authorization data used to display Huntsville Social Club social content on our website
• Related records we are legally permitted to delete

When an Instagram authorization is deleted, we will revoke or remove applicable access credentials, remove stored account identifiers where applicable, and clear cached Instagram media managed by Huntsville Social Club.

Timing

We will review verified deletion requests and respond within 30 days. Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or complete legitimate business records.
